Qualificações

Job Purpose

As the Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis, you will lead the financial planning process of the Company and assist in purchase to pay operations.

Key accountabilities:

• Lead financial planning processes, develop detailed budgets and financial forecasts, collaborating with senior management.
• Consolidate, analyze, and summarize data from business partners for management reporting.
• Track quarterly financial reports, analyze variances between results and budgets, including costs, headcount, and future sales.
• Drive productivity improvements in FP&A tasks and company activities.
• Oversee P2P operations, including contracts, PO management, invoice processing, and travel & expense management.
• Manage and develop a team of FP&A and P2P professionals.

Your profile

Education: University degree in Finance or Business

Experience:

• 6 to 10 years in FP&A roles
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other EPM systems
• Good understanding of financial reporting; US GAAP knowledge is a plus

Skills/knowledge/behavioural competencies:

• Exceptional analytical skills, proficient in data tools and managing large datasets in Excel
• Proactive communicator, able to build relationships with business partners
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal and analytical abilities

Work Location

• 2 days a week at our Porto Office
