The Bosch Group in Lisbon is looking for a detail-oriented GBS People Services Associate – Spanish Speaker to join HR Operations. You will support the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of employee data across the full lifecycle, from onboarding to termination, with a focus on Spain.

You will handle documentation, data quality checks, and basic process improvements while collaborating with HR Business Partners and external providers to ensure high-quality HR service delivery.

Qualificações

• Degree in Human Resources or related field is an advantage.
• Native Spanish; good English; additional languages are a plus.
• MS Office tools knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsabilidades

• Data management: manage and validate employee data changes in HR systems.
• Documentation: prepare contracts, amendments, and letters; maintain process manuals.
