Bosch in Lisbon seeks an Employee Listening & Insights Specialist to transform employee voices into meaningful insights and actions that improve the overall employee experience.

You will collaborate with HR stakeholders and global teams to design listening initiatives, analyze feedback, and support fact-based decision-making across the organization, connecting business needs with listening solutions and strengthening engagement and wellbeing.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Experience in Employee Experience or People Analytics is required; HR technology background is a plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders on employee listening and experience topics.
• Translate organizational needs into effective listening activities and solutions.
• Support the delivery of employee surveys, including engagement, wellbeing, pulse, leadership feedback, and lifecycle listening.
• Analyze employee feedback data and identify trends and insights.
• Transform data into clear recommendations and support action planning.
• Collaborate with operational and platform teams to continuously improve listening solutions.
