much. Consulting is seeking an ERP Consultant to join our International Business Unit. You will lead ERP projects end-to-end, translate business needs into technical solutions, and collaborate across IT and business teams.

We value a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field, 2–4 years in IT/ERP or consulting, and strong English and Spanish communication. Expect a fast-paced environment with a steep learning curve and competitive compensation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant analytical field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on IT/ERP, management consulting, or project management experience.
• Analytical mindset with ability to grasp complex systems quickly.
• Strong communicator with English (C2 or native) and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end ERP projects and independent sub-projects within large IT transformations.
• Analyze IT architectures and design automated, future-proof business processes.
• Deliver feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses to guide development and ensure project success.
• Prepare pitches and lead workshops for C-level decision-makers.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert or scale impact as a generalist on the management track.
