Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in Information Systems, Business Administration or related analytical field.
• 4+ years hands-on IT/ERP, management consulting, or project management experience.
• Sharp analytical mind capable of tackling complex systems quickly.
• Fluent English and Spanish at C2 level or native proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end ERP projects and independent sub-projects within large IT transformations.
• Analyze IT architectures and design automated, future-proof business processes.
• Build feasibility, risk and ROI analyses guiding development and ensuring success.
• Prepare compelling pitches and lead workshops for C-level decision-makers.
• Bridge business requirements with engineering to produce actionable specs.
• Lead expert contributions in Finance, Operations, Logistics, or HR delivery.
