Cross Border Talents is recruiting on behalf of a leading international BPO in Portugal to provide Spanish-speaking digital platform operations support; the role offers the chance to work with a multinational team, handle inquiries, and contribute to exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels.

You will join a diverse environment with relocation assistance, paid initial training, KPI-based bonuses, and opportunities for career progression, while working on a rotating schedule

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish — native or C1/C2 level (mandatory).
• EU citizenship, valid EU work permit, or refugee protection status.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for rotating shifts (Mon–Fri + occasional weekends).
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in Spanish.
• Provide accurate, professional, and empathetic support.
• Follow client guidelines and quality standards.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
