  • Maintain professional communication while adhering to company policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a contact center (mandatory).
  • Fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (B2), both spoken and written
  • Flexibility to work on a rotational schedule (Monday to Sunday, 08:00-21:00, 2 rotating days off).
  • Valid documentation allowing employment in Portugal
  • High school diploma
