Job Overview

Are you passionate about helping customers and ensuring they have the best travel experience possible? We are hiring Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an international airline and travel project based in Lisbon.

You will be the first point of contact for travelers, assisting with reservations, bookings, ticket changes, flight information, and general inquiries. This is an on-site role in Lisbon, ideal for local candidates who enjoy working in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

What Youll Do

Provide excellent customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat

Assist with flight reservations, rebookings, cancellations, and upgrades

Handle inquiries about schedules, luggage policies, and travel requirements

Resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency

Collaborate with international teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish (C1 or native)

Good level of English (minimum B2) for internal communication

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented with a positive attitude

Availability to work rotational shifts (MondaySunday, 8h/day, 2 days off)

Must be based in Lisbon (no relocation package, no remote options)
