Join Our B2B Support Team!

Are you a chat-savvy problem solver with a passion for digital advertising? We're looking for a B2B Support Specialist to assist Sales Teams and Advertisers using cutting-edge advertising platforms!

Your Tasks

• Provide friendly and professional support via chat only (no calls!)
• Help Sales and Advertisers navigate advertising tools
• Troubleshoot issues and answer platform-related questions

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Spanish
• B2B support experience (especially with chat & ticket handling!)
• At least 2.5 years of experience in Digital Advertising or Technical Customer Support
• A quick learner with great communication skills and attention to detail

Bonus Points If You

• Know your way around ad platforms
• Love helping people and solving tech puzzles
