Richemont seeks an LCNC-focused developer to support internal clients in learning and adopting our industrial platform’s LCNC capabilities (Highbyte, Node-RED, Tulip, Mendix). You will design, develop, and implement scalable applications ensuring alignment with architectural standards.

The role emphasizes documenting solutions, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication of complex concepts to diverse audiences. A strong IT interest and manufacturing awareness are expected.

Qualificações

• Documentation & Design: document solution designs, implementations, and user guides thoroughly

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Support & Guidance: Act as a primary point of contact for internal clients, supporting them in the learning, adoption, and effective usage of our industrial platform's LCNC capabilities (including, but not only, Highbyte, Node-RED, Tulip, Mendix) to address their specific use cases.
• Application Development: Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable applications within the industrial platform that are applicable across various Richemont Group entities. This includes translating functional requirements into efficient application logic and ensuring solutions adhere to the company's architecture standards and patterns.
• Technology Exploration: Continuously explore and experiment with various modern LCNC tools to deliver both intuitive front-end applications and efficient backend logic.
• Documentation & Design: Maintain high standards of organization, meticulously documenting solution designs, technical implementations, and user guides to ensure clarity, maintainability, and knowledge transfer.
• Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, fostering strong collaborative relationships with internal clients and team members.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Manufacturing Acumen: Demonstrated interest and understanding of manufacturing processes, challenges, and opportunities for digital transformation.
• IT Enthusiasm: A genuine passion and curiosity for Information Technology and a strong desire to be hands-on in developing and implementing solutions and to explore how to leverage AI to accelerate development and documentation work.
• LCNC Interest: Eagerness to explore, learn, and master various Low-code/No-code technologies such as Highbyte, Node-RED, Tulip, and Mendix.

Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of API concepts and integration.
• Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles to design intuitive and effective applications.
• Ability to translate complex functional requirements into clear and efficient application logic.
• Familiarity with and commitment to adhering to architectural standards and best practices.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to thorough documentation.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentorship & Support: Proven ability to teach, guide, and provide effective support to others in a technical context.

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience with any of the mentioned LCNC platforms (Highbyte, Node-RED, Tulip, Mendix).
• Experience in exposing APIs and creating OpenAPI specifications.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
