We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our System Integration team and help design smart, efficient, and competitive solutions tailored to our customers’ needs.

Responsibilities

• You will work closely with Sales Managers and multidisciplinary teams to design tailored intralogistics solutions.
• You will analyze customer requirements from both a process and data perspective.
• You will design conceptual automation solutions based on our portfolio and market best practices.
• You will support customer meetings with technical insights and presentations.
• You will create and revise 2D/3D layouts (AutoCAD) and support 3D visualizations.
• You will perform performance calculations to define optimal system configurations.
• You will collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Software, Supply Chain, and external partners.
• You will support the costing and technical proposal development.
• You will contribute to the handover of projects to execution teams.
• You will stay up to date with market trends and automation technologies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial or related Engineering fields.
• Strong interest in automation, intralogistics, or industrial solutions.
• Analytical mindset with good problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, autonomous, and team‑oriented.
• Good communication skills.

Technical Skills

• Experience with AutoCAD (2D/3D).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of data analysis.
• Languages:
