HAVI Belgium is seeking a Solution Architect for the Integration CoE in Lisbon. You will join the TechHUB to lead integration strategy, design integration solutions, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives across the organization.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience driving transformational organizational and technology change, leading IT development teams using appropriate delivery methodologies while ensuring product/project management.
• 3+ years of experience in integration architecture, design, development, and management, with a track record of successful project delivery using enterprise integration platforms, patterns and architectures such as iPaaS, ESB, EDA, Pub/Sub, MQ, APIs/REST and MFT.
• Strong understanding of industry integration data formats, protocols, and data transformation techniques.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards related to integration.

We are looking for a Solution Architect for the Integration CoE to join our TechHUB in Lisbon! You will be a key member of the the technology department responsible for managing and driving the integration strategy and projects within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify integration needs, designing integration solutions, and ensuring the successful execution of integration initiatives. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring that different systems and applications within an organization can work together seamlessly, enabling efficient data exchange and business processes. About The Role

This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify integration needs, designing integration solutions, and ensuring the successful execution of integration initiatives.

The Skills

• 5+ years of experience driving transformational organizational and technology change, leading IT development teams using appropriate delivery methodologies while ensuring product/project management.
• 3+ years of experience in integration architecture, design, development, and management, with a track record of successful project delivery using enterprise integration platforms, patterns and architectures such as iPaaS, ESB, EDA, Pub/Sub, MQ, APIs/REST and MFT.
• Solid Experience in the following integration tools will be highly valued and preferable: Boomi, Apache MQ, Azure Integration stack, SAP CPI. Experience in other integration tools considered to be competitors in the same space will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of industry integration data formats, protocols, and data transformation techniques.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards related to integration.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Fluent in English.
