InnoWave in Lisbon is seeking a Software Tester to bridge QA and performance testing across internal projects and performance engagements. You will own end-to-end testing efforts and collaborate with development and QA teams in a hybrid Lisbon-based role.

The ideal candidate has hands-on performance testing experience, proficiency with tools like JMeter or LoadRunner, solid QA background, and excellent communication in English to translate complex results into actionable recommendations.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience in performance testing with independent assessments.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Understanding of load, stress, and capacity testing methodologies.
• Experience in QA testing (manual and/or automated).
• Strong communication to translate results into actionable recommendations.
• English fluency (written and spoken).
• Based in Lisbon with hybrid work availability.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end performance testing: assess the solution and define the approach for normal usage, peak/load and stress scenarios, and large-scale testing to establish maximum capacity.
• Select and own the appropriate tooling for each performance assessment (e.g. JMeter, LoadRunner, or other).
• Measure and report on response time, processing speed, data transfer speed, network usage, maximum concurrent users, and memory utilization.
• Support internal QA testing projects alongside performance work, including test case design, execution, and defect reporting.
• Analyze results, identify bottlenecks and risks, and produce clear, actionable reports with recommendations.
