Bosch eBike division in Lisbon seeks a Software Test & Automation Engineer to ensure quality, reliability, and safety of cutting-edge eBike systems. You will design and implement tests, automate where possible, and analyze results to drive improvements.

The role emphasizes proficiency in Python, C#, CAPL, and experience with CANoe/vTESTstudio, Git/GitHub, Jira, and Jenkins. Occasional travel to Germany and a hybrid work setup are expected.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in a technical field such as Embedded Systems, Electronics, CS/Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in software testing, test automation, or system validation, ideally in embedded environments.
• Familiarity with CI, QA workflows, and requirements management.
• Practical or strong interest in applying AI/ML (Generative AI) to testing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement robust test solutions across component and system levels using Python, C#, CAPL.
• Drive test automation to improve efficiency, coverage, and repeatability, exploring AI-assisted approaches.
• Execute tests, analyze results, debug issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to requirements reviews, ensuring testability and clear specifications.
• Work with test benches and tooling (Vector CANoe, vTESTstudio) and manage version control and CI/CD workflows.
• Create clear test reports and support ongoing process improvements and quality initiatives.
