• Several years (3+) of experience in an engineering role within an enterprise software product environment.

From our office in Porto, we’re looking for a Software Engineer who’s eager to contribute to the evolution and continuous improvement of the Miles Core platform.

Whatyou’lldo...

• Extend Miles Core with new and improved generic features;
• Perform technical analysis, design, and implementation for both back-end and front-end applications;
• Address non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and technical platform upgrades;
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve the stability, scalability, and reliability of the Miles Core platform;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

What you bring...

• 3+ of experience in an engineering role within an enterprise software product environment;
• Proficiency in Java and Java EE;
• Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server;
• Fluent communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of GWT or SmartGWT;
• Knowledge of additional languages besides English.
