This is a dual role as Architect and Team Lead (distribution: 80% architect / 20% team lead), you combine your technical career and leadership expertise. You will need to work with enthusiasm and passion, you are an enabler, coach, and first point of contact for your team members.

Experience and Responsibilities

• You have practical experience with the design of software systems, following a methodological approach, using concepts like DDD and hexagonal architecture.
• Ideally, you already have leadership experience and see yourself as an inspiring leader and coach.
• With your university degree in computer science, you have acquired valuable knowledge in modern software engineering.
• You have practical experience with full-stack development in the .NET ecosystem.
• You are experienced in modern web development frameworks like React or Angular.
• You have a DevOps mindset and understand that high code quality and automated testing are crucial.
• You are learning and success-oriented.
• You are motivated to achieve ambitious goals in a team and to be in direct contact with the customer.
• You are ready to travel to clients in countries like Switzerland and Germany for a few days a month.
• University degree in computer science.
