Job summary

NDA ищет опытного руководителя по социальным медиа в офисе Braga, Португалия. Qualifications

• Опыт руководства командами в соцсетях на уровне старшего менеджера.
• Управление несколькими каналами на высоком объеме публикаций.
• Развитие стратегий роста и наличие проактивного подхода.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the social team day to day.
• Own all official brand social channels end to end.
• Own the content calendar and maintain the 24h no-gap posting rule.
• Develop and drive social strategy with a strong growth-hacking mindset.
• Identify opportunities proactively and bring new ideas to the table.
• Run campaigns across multiple channels and continuously track, test, and iterate performance.
• Build and coordinate influencer/creator partnerships, including creator waves and a retained creator pool.
• Manage the editorial direction for showcase accounts.
• Oversee clip/content pipelines, turning streams, documentary footage, and stunts into social content.
• Act as an escalation point for social/PR statements.
• Manage day-to-day posting, community operations, tracking, and ongoing execution.

• Genuine passion for social media and understanding of what drives growth
• Strong strategic mindset and ability to spot opportunities rather than simply execute instructions
• Comfortable working with 18+ / adult content constraints
• Comfortable with manual posting and workflows where mainstream social scheduling tools are unavailable
• Strong English communication skills
