Overview

For Global Services & Support project, we are looking for motivated French speakers (B2/C1) Customer Care Specialists to join our Porto team. You will provide frontline support to users of a leading global platform, ensuring their concerns are addressed quickly and accurately. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are passionate about customer service and thrive in a KPI-driven environment.

Job Details
  • Project: Global Tech Services & Solutions, Global Services & Support division
  • Location: Porto, Portugal
  • Start date: 30/Oct/2025 (initial company-paid training period provided)
  • Work Model: On-Site (relocation support provided)
  • Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 to 19:00. Possible extension beyond 09:00 to 21:00 (rotative shifts). 40 hrs/week, 8 hrs/day
  • Days Off: 2 rotating days
Requirements
  • French B2/C1 + English proficiency
  • Previous Customer Service background
  • Familiarity with KPIs
  • Flexibility to work rotative shifts
