Overview

Social Media Specialist Global Tech Project — Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)

Start Date: October 30th, 2025

Languages: French (B2/C1) + English (B1+ minimum)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join an international team based in Porto. In this role, you will interact with online communities, manage content and communications across social platforms, and ensure a high-quality customer experience while maintaining a positive and engaging digital environment. We are seeking candidates with a strong customer service background, who are comfortable working with KPIs, and enjoy operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.

Working Schedule

Monday to Sunday rotative 8-hour shifts, with 2 rotative days off per week. The main operating hours are 10:00 to 19:00.

Profile Required

• Fluent or native-level French (B2 / C1)
• Good level of English (B1+ minimum)
• Familiarity with KPIs and performance-driven environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Flexible and adaptable to rotating schedules

What We Offer

Compensation:
Base salary: 1000 x 14 months; Meal allowance: 7.23 per working day; Welcome bonus: 3000 EUROS!; Paid training from day one; Multicultural and collaborative work environment in sunny Porto.
