About the role

We\u2019re looking for a talented growth marketer to supercharge Inflow’s social presence and turn our social accounts into a growth engine.

You\u2019ll be the captain of Inflow’s social growth, owning OKRs, building the experimentation roadmap, and managing volume content and testing sprints. You\u2019ll have your hands deep in virality, content innovation, and disciplined growth experiments, with a direct impact on scaling our reach and driving trials.

You\u2019ll play a key role in our Growth team, reporting directly to the VP of Growth.

This is a full-time remote role based in Spain or Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Run social as a growth channel: own the quarterly OKRs, build the experimentation roadmap, manage budgets, oversee weekly content/testing sprints, and track progress against goals.
• Measure and learn: define KPIs, build dashboards, monitor performance, and run dive analyses to uncover performance insights.
• Lead disciplined experiments: design and execute tests with clear hypotheses, isolated dependent variable, adequate sample/time, clean cohorts, and measurable outcomes.
• Virality & innovation: follow social trends, source inspiration & benchmarks, to identify the most engaging and viral content formats. Conceptualise, adapt, and innovate with novel content formats.
• Run content production engine: scale content production across memes, carousels, form video, UGC, and AI-driven formats.
• Engineer the scale: create templates, tools, and knowledge repositories (e.g., brief libraries, hook banks, swipe files, content libraries, experiment logs) to automate and systematise the processes for scale.
• Tracking & taxonomy: implement tracking, UTMs, and taxonomy standards for all campaigns, channels, content, and experiments.
• Empower creators: source, brief, and manage AI + UGC content creators, negotiate usage rights/whitelisting.

Job requirements - Must haves

• 2+ years in similar roles delivering measurable social growth outcomes.
• Growth mindset and strong driven experimentation, content testing, and analysis.
• Hands-on mastery of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube (Shorts), and X; understanding of each algorithm’s “quality signals”.
• Skilled in content production management (short-form video, carousels, memes, UGC).
• Proficient with social tooling across scheduling, listening, analytics, content editing, influencer/creator networks.
• Fast-paced, AI-powered, and highly organized.

Job requirements - Nice to haves

• Experience with UGC pipelines, influencer/ambassador programs, or community platforms (Reddit, Discord).
• Skills in image & video editing, copywriting, and thumbnail design.
• Passion for ADHD, neurodiversity, and mental health.
