Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced Security Operations Analyst to join our 24/7 team. You will provide Level 1/2 technical support for security operations across Euronext markets, monitor threats, respond to alerts, and help strengthen our security posture.

We value strong networking knowledge, hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Darktrace, CrowdStrike, GuardDuty), and clear communication in English. The role features a hybrid work model with onsite presence three days per week.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience in a SOC, Security Operations, or equivalent cybersecurity environment.
• Solid knowledge and practical experience with security monitoring tools like Darktrace, CrowdStrike, GuardDuty.
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS/NTP, LAN/WAN, routing protocols (OSPF/BGP), MPLS.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1/2 technical support for security operations across Euronext Cash and Derivatives markets, focusing on IT security.
• Monitor, analyze, and protect the company from security threats and incidents.
• Respond to alerts from security monitoring tools, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.
• Manage security changes per change management processes and contribute to continuous service improvements.
• Prioritize and coordinate security tickets per SLAs, escalating issues when needed.
• Work as part of a 24/7 operational team covering Euronext market hours.

What will you do?

• Provide Level 1/2 technical support for security operations across Euronext Cash and Derivatives markets, with a primary focus on IT security.


• Monitor, analyze, and protect the company and its assets from security threats, including cyber-attacks, malware, and other security incidents.


• Respond promptly to alerts from security monitoring tools, troubleshoot security issues, and deliver effective solutions.


• Manage security changes in accordance with established change management processes and contribute to continuous service improvements.


• Prioritize, track, and coordinate security tickets in line with SLAs, proactively escalating issues that could impact services.


• Work as part of a 24/7 operational team, covering Euronext market operational hours.

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a SOC, Security Operations, or equivalent cybersecurity environment;


• Solid knowledge and practical experience with security monitoring tools, such as Darktrace, CrowdStrike, GuardDuty, or equivalent technologies;


• Solid knowledge and practical experience with network infrastructures, including LAN/WAN technologies, TCP/IP, DNS/NTP, routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP, and MPLS;


• Ability to troubleshoot security and networking issues and quickly identify appropriate solutions;


• Proven ability to learn and adapt to new security products and network technologies, often without formal training;


• Good communication skills in English (minimum B2 level) and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment;


• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage incidents according to SLAs, and proactively escalate issues when required.
