The Data & AI Engineer - Snowflake role focuses on hands-on data enablement, semantic modelling and AI-driven business solutions. You will work in a hybrid setup with at least one day on-site and collaborate with diverse teams to translate business needs into robust technical

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in data enablement, data modelling and the implementation of AI-driven business solutions.
• Knowledge of semantic modelling, ontologies and data structures, preferably with experience preparing ontologies for Talk2Data.
• Experience with dbt and coordinating deployments across multiple environments, including DEV, QUA and PRD.
• Experience implementing AI use cases using existing enterprise AI platforms, such as invoice scanning, contract generation and business process automation.
• Understanding of Generative AI technologies and their application to enterprise business processes.
• Knowledge of AI governance principles, including responsible AI practices, compliance and risk management.
• Experience with Claude Code or similar AI-powered coding assistants is highly valued.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions, bridging the gap between enterprise AI platforms and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on, proactive and delivery-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of one day per week on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-driven data solutions integrating Snowflake and Cortex Analyst.
• Create and validate YAML-based semantic views for Snowflake.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Coordinate deployments across DEV/QUA/PRD environments.
• Contribute to AI governance, risk management and compliance.
• Support generative AI initiatives like invoice scanning and contract generation.
