RDN Cons is hiring a Slovak-speaking Customer Support Representative for the hospitality sector. The role starts onsite in Athens for 3 months, then shifts to remote work from anywhere in Greece. Training is provided, with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Qualificações

• Fluent Slovak (C1 level).
• English at B2 level.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Positive and service-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
• Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
• No prior customer service experience required; paid training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Slovak via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with reservations, booking changes, and inquiries.
• Deliver accurate, professional, and customer-focused solutions.
• Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions in internal systems.
• Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines.
