RDN CONS in Greece is seeking a Czech-speaking Customer Service Representative for the hospitality sector. The role involves supporting Czech-speaking customers and partners, handling inquiries and offering high-quality service.

Initial training takes place onsite in Athens, with a potential to work remotely from anywhere in Greece after training. You will assist with reservations, services and account matters, communicate across channels, and work in a multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent Czech and good English skills.
• Experience or familiarity with customer service desirable.
• Ability to learn new systems and work across channels.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support in Czech.
