Job summary

VirtualWorks Hub is seeking a skilled Metal Worker in Faro, Portugal. You will fabricate and repair metal structures, read blueprints, measure pieces, and weld joints using MIG, TIG, and ARC techniques.

Candidates should be able to work with steel, aluminum, and copper, maintaining precision and safety at all times. The role requires hands-on metalworking experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

Skilled Metal Worker

As a skilled Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal structures and components. Your duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting metal pieces, using tools and machinery to shape and assemble parts, and welding or soldering joints. You must have a strong understanding of metallurgy, as well as the ability to work with a variety of metals such as steel, aluminum, and copper. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.

Salary: $1300 per month without accommodation.
