Job summary

VirtualWorks Hub is seeking a skilled Metal Worker in Faro, Portugal. You will fabricate and repair metal structures, read blueprints, measure pieces, and weld joints using MIG, TIG, and ARC techniques.

Candidates should be able to work with steel, aluminum, and copper, maintaining precision and safety at all times. The role requires hands-on metalworking experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a shop environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Metal Worker.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Proficient in welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC).
• Familiarity with various metals and their properties.
• Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and repair metal structures and components as per blueprints.
• Read and interpret blueprints; measure and cut metal pieces to spec.
• Weld or solder joints using MIG, TIG, or ARC techniques; assemble parts.
