Job summary

Fyld is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to strengthen reliability, automation, and operational excellence across our services. You will contribute to scalable, resilient systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams, from software engineering to security.

We value hands-on SRE experience, cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP), and strong scripting skills in Python/Go/Bash. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Proven SRE/DevOps/Platform experience.
• Strong observability and SRE principles (availability, reliability, scalability).
• Experience defining/working with SLIs, SLOs, SLAs and error budgets.
• Hands-on observability with metrics/logs/traces and alerting.

Responsibilities

• Improve availability, reliability, scalability and resilience of systems.
• Define and monitor SLIs/SLOs/SLAs and error budgets.
• Automate operations to reduce manual toil.
• Collaborate with software engineering, infrastructure, security and product teams.
