Capital On Tap in Lisbon is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to help ensure our platforms are fast, reliable and scalable. You will design, build, and monitor systems, prevent issues before they happen, and guide launches using SLAs, SLIs, and SLOs.

Join a hybrid, Azure-heavy environment with Terraform, Kubernetes, Datadog, and CI/CD tooling. You'll collaborate with multiple teams and drive incident resolution while enhancing platform performance and operational efficiency.

Qualificações

• Experience in managing a public cloud (Azure advantageous).
• Azure DevOps, Octopus, Flux or other CI/CD tools experience.
• Experience with Linux and Microsoft systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams in an agile environment.
• Proficient in IaC technologies with Terraform and Pulumi.
• Experience with cloud monitoring solutions (Datadog preferred).
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience in at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Go).

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure for reliability and scalability.
• Design, build and monitor systems; prevent issues before they occur.
• Define and track SLAs, SLIs, and SLOs for feature launches.
• Collaborate with Product and Platform teams to align on service objectives.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Improve infrastructure with automation to reduce toil and manual work.
