Centric Software is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to support the Shoppingfeed product within a global SaaS platform. You will work closely with developers, infra engineers, security and QA to ensure reliability, performance, and scalable deployments.

Key tasks include diagnosing latency and capacity issues, tuning the web stack, and owning the end-to-end deployment process. This role offers a remote-friendly, hybrid work setup and competitive compensation.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of Linux CLI experience and Docker/container tech familiarity.
• Strong PHP runtime (php-fpm) experience and ability to read/debug code.
• 5+ years of Git experience and solid knowledge across Linux, AWS, and databases.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve reliability and performance issues across the request path (nginx → php-fpm → app → DB/cache).
• Tune and scale the web-serving layer under production load; manage php-fpm and nginx settings.
• Troubleshoot nginx as reverse proxy; diagnose 502/504 errors and latency issues.
• Develop, maintain, and support Docker-based workloads; own deployment and upgrades.
• Work with product teams to drive improvements and participate in on-call rotations.
