Centric Software is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and own reliability across our Shoppingfeed product. You will diagnose performance issues, tune web-serving layers, and manage Docker-based workloads while collaborating with developers, infra engineers, security and QA teams.

You will spend time with product teams to implement critical improvements, define reliability metrics, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualificações

• 2+ years proven experience with Linux CLI.
• 2+ years proven experience with Docker or other container technology.
• 5+ years proven experience with GIT and source control.
• Proven experience with PHP applications and their runtime (php-fpm).
• 3+ years proven experience with CI/CD tools and cloud providers (AWS).

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve application reliability and performance issues across the stack.
• Tune and scale the web-serving layer under production load (nginx/php-fpm).
• Manage Docker-based workloads and deployment pipelines end-to-end.
• Support and troubleshoot running customer-facing services and participate in on-call rotations.
