Job summary

BorgWarner is hiring for a Site IT Manager to lead IT services at the assigned plant(s) and drive AI adoption, automation and digital initiatives. You will partner with local leadership to align IT with business needs, ensuring secure, stable operations and compliant governance across the site.

The role requires 5+ years of IT leadership, hands‑on skills with enterprise AI tools, low‑code platforms and OT/IT environments, plus strong communication with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including site or on‑site leadership.
• Hands‑on with enterprise low‑code and AI tooling, Python and SQL, and IT/OT concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead site IT governance, cybersecurity and digital transformation.
• Coordinate MES/SCADA and OT-IT interfaces at the plant site.
• Drive AI adoption and automation projects with plant engineers.
• Own IT service delivery, incident management and continuous improvement.
