Job summary

Moro Technology Corporation seeks an experienced Siemens Opcenter MES Developer to join our digital manufacturing team. You will design, implement, and support MES solutions for discrete manufacturing, coordinating with manufacturing, automation, and IT stakeholders to advance Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Responsibilities include configuring Opcenter MES, integrating systems, and delivering scalable MES solutions that improve production performance, quality, traceability, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MES/MOM environments with at least 3 years hands-on Siemens Opcenter MES in discrete manufacturing.
• Strong experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Siemens Opcenter MES solutions.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, REST APIs, and web services.
• Exposure to ISA-95, Industry 4.0, and digital process modeling principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize Siemens Opcenter MES to support discrete manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain MES functionalities: production management, quality processes, genealogy, traceability, and work instructions.
• Integrate Opcenter MES with ERP, PLM, and shop-floor systems via APIs, web services, and OPC UA.
• Develop customizations, extensions, and reports using C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Opcenter tools.
• Support full project lifecycle from requirements to go-live and post-go-live support.
