Responsibilities include welcoming clients, presenting products, and conducting the nightly audit according to current work instructions.

Immediate;

Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th-grade education and/or training in Tourism or Management

- Hotel industry experience

Requirements:

Preparation:

Conducts nightly audits according to current work instructions.

Performs procedures outlined in the Night Auditor's Work Instruction;

Checks arrivals, pending wake-up calls, special requests, among others;

Prepares and verifies the condition of equipment and utensils used at reception;

Service:

Ensures reception activities are properly carried out, including check-in and check-out according to current work instructions;

Promotes the hotel's image and services to various clients;

Management:

Verifies client debts/accounts;

Controls billing and hotel credit management;

Audits the closing of all areas involving payments and POS transactions.
