Qualificações

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with Web Technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence key technical decisions.
  • Understanding and experience with IT Service Management processes.

Responsabilidades

  • Creates forms, workflows, and prototypes.
  • Develops, designs, codes, and tests technical solutions.
  • Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions.

Conhecimentos

Understanding of enterprise IT architecture
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTTP)
Knowledge of LDAPs, VPN, SSL and related technologies

Formação académica

Responsibilities
  • Creates forms, workflows and prototypes
  • Develop, Designs, codes and tests technical solutions
  • Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions
  • Assists in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules
  • Understands the necessity of and contributes to coding standards
  • Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas
  • Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively

Skills and Qualifications
  • Understanding of enterprise IT architecture
  • Understanding of and experience working with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog)
  • Experience with HR Module, Service Portal, Agent workspace, Virtual agent, Dynamic Translation, NLU and SecOps
  • Working knowledge of relational databases
  • Preferred: Service now Admin Certification
  • Preferred: ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult around key technical decisions during project delivery
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.)
  • Experience with Web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)
  • Experience with ServiceNow configuration(s) and formatting data for the CMDB
  • Knowledge of LDAPs, VPN, SSL and related technologies
  • Application UI Configuration
  • Workflow Configuration
  • Data Import and Management
  • Development of required requested specific reporting
  • Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc)
