mc2i, cabinet de conseil indépendant, recherche un consultant ServiceNow expérimenté pour accompagner des acteurs majeurs dans le secteur Energy & Utilities, deployment et optimisation de la plateforme ServiceNow.

Vous assurerez la performance et la valeur livrée, avec une forte composante internationale et des opportunités de mentorat. Contrat CDI, présent sur site à Porto, avec mobilité en France.

Qualificações

• Diplôme d’ingénieur ou Master 2 en IS ou information management.
• Expérience minimum 3–4 ans sur ServiceNow dans grandes organisations ou cabinets de conseil.
• Certification ServiceNow System Administrator obligatoire; ITIL souhaité.
• Anglais courant indispensable; le français est un atout.
• Mobilité : déplacements occasionnels en France.

Responsabilidades

• Gestion de projets ServiceNow à grande échelle (Build) et déploiements internationaux.
• Maintenance opérationnelle (Run) et gestion du KB, portail et catalogues de services.
• Amélioration continue de l’instance via HealthScan et plans d’action.
• Animation des réunions de gouvernance avec les équipes AMS et respect des SLA.

Job Overview

Within the Energy & Utilities practice, you will support major players in the sector (electricity, gas, water, renewable energies) in deploying, evolving, and optimizing their ServiceNow platform. As an Experienced ServiceNow Consultant, you will guarantee the performance, compliance, and value delivered by the solution to end-users and business lines worldwide.

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow Project Manager (Build): End-to-end management of large-scale international deployment projects (module deployments, upgrades, integration of new features) and driving innovation on the platform through the creation of new AI agents (Now Assist).
• Application Maintenance (Run): Ensuring the platform remains in operational condition. You will manage the knowledge base (KB), the Service portal and catalog, Change management processes, foundational data quality, as well as the resolution of critical incidents.
• Drive the continuous improvement of the instance (e.g., defining and deploying action plans based on HealthScan results).
• Coordinate with AMS Teams (Cross-functional Management): Managing the interface and leading governance meetings with Application Management Services (AMS/TMA) teams, tracking compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and overseeing the drafting of procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a top engineering or business school, or holding a Master 2 degree specialized in IS or Information Management.
• Experience (> 3 years): You have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience on the ServiceNow solution, ideally acquired within large corporate environments or consulting firms.
• Technical Skills: In-depth mastery of the platform's core applications, with primary expertise in ITSM. ServiceNow System Administrator certification is mandatory. Holding an ITIL certification is a strong advantage for this position. Appetite for or initial experience with generative AI agents (Now Assist).
• Soft Skills: You demonstrate excellent analytical and synthesis skills when dealing with complex data environments. Your sense of service and pedagogy enable you to advise various stakeholders effectively (Business, IT, Security). You have a consulting posture and the ability to functionally mentor more junior profiles.
• Languages: Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory for this international project. Proficiency in French is an additional asset but is not mandatory.
• Mobility: Occasional travel within France is to be expected.
