Hitachi, Ltd. in Portugal is seeking a hands-on Service Technician for Perafita to support installation, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of power transformers and accessories in workshop and on-site environments.

The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and strong communication to collaborate across international teams. You will apply drawings, provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and train customers on-site.

Qualificações

• High school or technical course is required.
• 4-5 years of professional work experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors.
• Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese; basic English is an advantage.
• Strong communication and team spirit.

Responsabilidades

• Maintenance and repair of power transformers and its accessories, both in workshop and onsite.
• Installation, adaptation of accessories and systems.
• Technical support on installed products and equipment.

The Opportunity

To strengthen our Service team, we are looking for a Service Technician to join us in Perafita, Portugal.

You will provide hands-on field service support, supporting installation, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. Working on-site, you will apply technical drawings and manuals to ensure safe, reliable equipment performance.

In this role, dynamism, flexibility, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset are key to success. We are seeking a collaborative team player, able to work effectively across different organizational levels within an international environment.

• Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese. Basic knowledge of English is an advantage.
