We are currently looking for Service Manager

Location: Lisbon, hybrid

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational activities inside the different services
• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and growth
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and coordination
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align operational strategies with business goals
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in operational processes

Qualifications

• Good level of English (Independent user — level C1)

Preferred Competencies

• International experience
• Experience in European Agencies
• Good level of French (Independent user — level B2)
