Connect44 is looking for a Service Desk Technician to join our international team.

Do you have experience in technical support and enjoy working with customers? Are you fluent in Portuguese and English and looking to grow in a dynamic, tech-driven environment? Then wed love to hear from you!

Main responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for customer calls and tickets related to TIS (Technical Infrastructure Systems) and DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) incidents, escalations, and inquiries.

Manage access request forms to authorize on-site technician interventions for troubleshooting purposes.

Act as a liaison with the 2nd line support team (back office).

Escalate complex incidents to the back-office team and major incidents to the Incident Manager.

Provide remote support to the field service team in the local language.

Prepare weekly reports based on ticketing and alarming systems and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required profile:

Fluent spoken and written Portuguese and English (mandatory).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented mindset.

Flexibility and adaptability.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Team player, well-organized, and able to work independently.
