Shine, a European fintech now part of Cegid, is expanding its Marketing France Content team from Porto, Paris or Madrid. The SEO & Generative Engine Optimization Manager will own strategy across four BUs, driving organic growth in sustainable ways and aligning with AI search trends while collaborating with Content, Brand and Product Marketing.

The role offers hybrid work with two days remote weekly and exposure to scale across Europe, reporting to the Marketing France leadership.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years proven experience in SEO or search marketing.
• Strong expertise in keyword research, content optimization and on-page SEO.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO and translating findings into recommendations.
• Interest in Generative Engine Optimization, AI search and evolving search ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the SEO & GEO strategy across Financing, Invoicing, Small Business and CPA.
• Conduct keyword, search intent and topic research for audience needs and content opportunities.
• Define and maintain content and topic strategies based on demand and priorities.
• Optimize content for traditional and AI-powered search experiences.
• Improve visibility and authority across AI search and answer engines.
• Partner with Content teams to provide SEO briefs, recommendations and guidelines.
• Conduct SEO audits and provide technical recommendations with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor organic performance, rankings, and KPIs through dashboards and reporting.
• Translate data trends into insights for Marketing and Content stakeholders.
• Track changes in search algorithms and GEO best practices.
• Identify and lead cross-BU organic growth initiatives.
