Nimber is seeking a Mid-Senior Windows Sysadmin to maintain enterprise infrastructure with a focus on stability, security, and continuous improvement. You will provide Level 2/3 support for Windows and Linux, manage incidents and changes per ITIL, and automate operations using PowerShell.

The role involves virtualized environments, SCCM/MECM deployment, VMware vCenter management, and storage work with SAN/NAS and NetApp. English level B2 is required, with hybrid Porto-based work arrangements.

Qualificações

Bachelor's or technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Experience managing Windows Server environments (2019/2022/2025) and Linux systems.
Strong scripting with PowerShell and automation focus.

Responsabilidades

Provide Level 2/3 support for Windows and Linux environments.
Troubleshoot across Windows Server, VMware, storage, and infrastructure services.
Manage incidents, problems, and changes following ITIL practices.
Coordinate planned technical operations, infrastructure interventions, and maintenance.
Monitor availability, performance, and stability of infrastructure and systems.
Install and maintain physical servers; deploy patches and updates via SCCM/MECM.
Develop PowerShell scripts and automation tools.
Support VMware environments, including vCenter.
Work with clusters, SAN/NAS storage, including NetApp migrations.
Troubleshoot and maintain AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPO environments.
Ensure security compliance and operational procedures; contribute to design and documentation.
Support disaster recovery and business continuity activities as needed.
Ensure service quality and SLAs; identify and mitigate operational risks.
