Based in our Madrid offices, this role drives creation, curation, and monitoring of digital content to reach the company’s target audiences and support broader marketing initiatives.

The position requires a strategic thinker who can develop content strategies, oversee campaigns across multiple channels, and maintain a consistent brand voice.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a similar role (Luxury / Hospitality / Wellbeing / Real Estate)
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage and monitor social media channels across platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations

Responsabilidades

• Establishing a content calendar to create campaigns across digital channels
• Creating engaging content that meets brand standards
• Devising audience-tailored content strategies to achieve goals
• Ensuring brand voice consistency across social profiles
• Monitoring industry trends and keyword gaps to inform content
• Tracking content performance using KPI metrics
• Developing digital marketing strategies including email and social posts
• Writing blog posts, ebooks, and marketing materials
• Creating presentations to communicate strategies to the team
• Editing text and images to align with brand guidelines
• Creating infographics to illustrate concepts simply
• Updating the website to attract customers
