Capgemini Portugal is seeking a Senior UiPath Developer to join our Cloud Platform team. You will design, develop, test and deploy UiPath automations and contribute to AI-enabled processes.

You will work in Agile environments, support production issues, and help scale automation with GenAI capabilities.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on UiPath RPA development.
• Experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Automation Solution Studio.
• Experience reviewing PDD/SDD documentation and working in Agile/Scrum.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts applied to automation.
• Fluency in English.

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer to join Capgemini Portugal's team.

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For

• Analyse business processes and translate requirements into automation solutions;
• Develop, test and deploy UiPath automations following development best practices;
• Contribute to the definition and validation of functional and non-functional requirements;
• Review and contribute to Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD);
• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot processes running in UiPath Orchestrator;
• Perform code reviews and ensure development standards, quality and maintainability;
• Implement solutions using UiPath Document Understanding for intelligent document processing;
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into automation workflows where relevant;
• Explore and implement Agentic AI approaches to improve automation outcomes;
• Support solution testing, deployments and production issue resolution.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing UiPath RPA solutions;
• Strong experience in UiPath Studio, process analyses and requirement gathering, UiPath Orchestrator and Automation Solution Studio;
• Experience reviewing and working with PDD and SDD documentation;
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments;
• Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts applied to automation;
• Experience with UiPath Agent Builder and/or Dify;
• Understanding of Generative AI technologies and their integration with business processes;
• Certifications are a plus;
• Fluency in English.
