Intermedia is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer – AI to shape the next generation of intelligent experiences across our product suite. You will design interfaces that make AI useful, trustworthy, and approachable for business users.

You will collaborate with Product, AI/ML, Engineering and Research teams through the full product lifecycle—research, concepting, prototyping, development, launch, and post-launch analysis—turning complex AI capabilities into simple experiences.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer – AI to help define the next generation of intelligent experiences across Intermedia's products.

In this role, you will design experiences that make artificial intelligence useful, intuitive, trustworthy, and approachable for business users. You will work at the intersection of UX strategy, interaction design, generative AI, conversational experiences, and enterprise software, turning sophisticated AI capabilities into simple experiences that solve real customer problems.

You will partner closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, AI/ML teams, Engineering, Research, and other designers throughout the complete product lifecycle—from customer and market research through concepts, prototyping, development, launch, and post-launch analysis.

This is not simply a role for adding AI features to existing interfaces. You will help define how users interact with AI across our products, including copilots, assistants, conversational interfaces, recommendations, summarization, intelligent automation, and agentic experiences.
