Intermedia is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer – AI to define the next generation of intelligent, trustworthy experiences across our products. You will shape AI-powered interfaces that are useful, approachable, and aligned with business needs.

You will partner with Product Managers, AI/ML teams, Engineering, Research, and other designers throughout the full product lifecycle—from discovery to launch and post-launch analysis—focusing on agentic AI, conversational interfaces, and enterprise UX

Qualificações

5+ years of professional UI/UX or product design experience.
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design and complex workflows.
Excellent knowledge of usability, information architecture, accessibility, and human factors.
Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate into simple, elegant solutions.
Experience conducting or participating in user research and usability testing.
Proficiency with Figma, prototyping tools, and design-system practices.
Experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering in Agile environments.

Responsabilidades

Design intuitive AI-powered experiences across web, desktop, mobile, and admin interfaces.
Explore new interaction models for generative AI, including conversational interfaces and AI assistants.
Translate AI capabilities into simple interactions for business users.
Lead design initiatives from discovery through prototyping, launch, and optimization.
Ensure AI experiences are trustworthy, transparent, and user-controlled.
