Intermedia in Portugal is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer – AI to shape the next generation of intelligent experiences across Intermedia's products.

You will lead AI experience design, UX and product design, and design systems, collaborating with product managers, AI/ML teams, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions for complex business workflows.

The role emphasizes trust, transparency, and user control in AI, with a focus on enterprise software and rapid iteration across platforms.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of UI/UX or product design in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design.
• Usability, information architecture, accessibility know-how.
• Experience designing AI-powered features and generative AI UX.
• Experience working with Product Management and Engineering in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own design initiatives from discovery to post-launch optimization.
• Conduct user research, usability studies, and competitive analyses.
• Translate customer problems into journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Prototype rapidly to validate design hypotheses with users.
• Collaborate with Product, AI/ML, Engineering, and Research teams.
• Contribute to design systems and accessibility standards.
• Lead and mentor other designers across multiple teams.
