Job summary

Adidas seeks a Senior Manager Tax Digital & Transformation to translate global indirect tax strategy into scalable technology and governance solutions. You will lead cross-functional programs and manage tax technology vendors across regions, driving SAP S/4HANA and eInvoicing initiatives.

This role requires 5–7 years in indirect tax or tax technology, strong English communication, and the ability to operate in a global, matrix environment with a focus on data, analytics and automation.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of indirect tax, tax technology, or tax transformation experience.
• Experience with ERP implementations and global projects.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead global tax technology initiatives translating the Director Tax roadmap into programs.
• Coordinate upgrades of tax technology products used by global tax teams.
• Support AI use cases to improve tax processes and analytics.
• Act as functional tax product owner for assigned solutions and drive deployments.
• Evaluate internal vs external tax technology options with governance and scalability in mind.
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA tax integration, VAT/GST, and withholding tax requirements.
• Support eInvoicing and real-time reporting initiatives from a tax perspective.
• Manage relationships with external tax technology providers and advisors.
