Boston Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Employer Brand Specialist to shape and promote our global employer brand. You will craft messaging, lead campaigns, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to attract diverse talent across BCG’s network.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll write copy, design content, and analyze campaign performance, delivering insights to optimize reach and impact in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related creative field.
• Proven copywriting, storytelling, and design skills using PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, and video-editing tools.
• Copywriting excellence with concise messages for diverse talent audiences and platforms.
• Strong project management: juggling multiple complex projects and deadlines.
• Stakeholder management with regional and global partners.
• Cross-regional experience: collaboration across global teams.
• Analytical approach to measure campaign impact and translate insights into actions.
• Creative problem solving for branding and marketing challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute employer branding campaigns across platforms.
• Develop and curate content that showcases BCG culture and opportunities.
• Tailor messages by audience and function while ensuring brand consistency.
• Track campaign performance and report insights.
• Collaborate with Talent Branding Senior Manager and EMESA TA teams.
• Support internal trainings and share best practices.
