A technology consulting firm in Lisbon is seeking a Systems & Identity Engineer with over 4 years of experience in enterprise environments. The role involves managing Microsoft infrastructures and providing high-level support across systems. Candidates should possess strong expertise in Active Directory, Exchange, and hybrid environments, along with relevant Microsoft certifications. Qualificações

• 4+ years in enterprise environments is mandatory.
• Must have strong experience with Microsoft-based infrastructures.
• Certifications in relevant Microsoft technologies are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and operate Domain Controllers and SharePoint platforms.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support via ITSM / SMAX.
• Troubleshoot incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with teams and external service providers.
• Administer hybrid infrastructures and implement improvements.
• Produce technical documentation and reports.
• Support critical national-level entities.
