Syffer is seeking a Senior System Engineer with 10+ years of experience in Active Directory and Windows Server administration. You will manage enterprise AD, implement hybrid identity with Microsoft Entra ID, and secure authentication protocols across systems.

You will automate tasks with PowerShell, guide internal teams, and help improve security, reliability, and efficiency. This role supports remote work whenever possible and offers a benefits plan and equipment provision.

Qualificações

• Senior System Engineer with 10+ years in AD and Windows Server.
• Expertise in enterprise AD and hybrid identity with Microsoft Entra ID.
• IAM, authentication protocols, and infrastructure security experience.
• Proficient in PowerShell automation to streamline administrative tasks.
• Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain enterprise AD environments, including users, groups, permissions and GPOs.
• Administer Windows Server environments for high availability, performance, and security.
• Support hybrid identity solutions by integrating Active Directory with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Configure and troubleshoot authentication services using LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, and OAuth.
• Automate recurring tasks with PowerShell to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams on AD and identity topics.
• Contribute to security, stability and infrastructure best practices.
• Resolve complex issues and participate in on-call support.
