Qualificações

  • Proven experience in system architecture projects within Public Administration, preferably in the Justice sector.
  • Knowledge of AI frameworks applied to document management and predictive analysis.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft environments (Active Directory - EntraID, Azure).

  • Define the technical architecture of solutions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and public entities.
  • Validate technical solutions throughout all project phases, from prototype to production environment.

The Justice sector is undergoing a profound digital transformation, driven by structural projects and initiatives under the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR). This role is central to defining technological solutions that promote a more accessible, efficient, and citizen-centered Justice system.

Mission

Design and validate robust, scalable, and secure technical architectures for Justice digital platforms, ensuring integration with existing systems and the adoption of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, automation, and advanced data analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Define the technical architecture of solutions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and public entities
  • Participate in solution design, detailing the technical aspects and ensuring alignment with functional and operational requirements
  • Establish security, access, and backup practices aligned with Justice standards
  • Prepare clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and integration flows
  • Validate technical solutions throughout all project phases, from prototype to production environment
  • Support development and DevOps teams in the implementation and monitoring of solutions
  • Promote interoperability between Justice systems and external platforms, in compliance with legal and technical standards
Technical Requirements
  • Higher education in Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • TOGAF or similar certification (preferred)
  • Proven experience in system architecture projects within Public Administration, preferably in the Justice sector
  • Proficiency in technologies such as Java, .NET, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, SOAP/REST APIs, Filenet, PowerCenter
  • Knowledge of AI frameworks applied to document management and predictive analysis (valued)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft environments (Active Directory - EntraID, Azure) and distributed logging and monitoring practices
